(re)Design your LXP

A consulting firm requested a full redesign of its LXP platform to improve user experience and flexibility. The goal was to modernize the learner interface and back-office, making it easier for clients to create and deploy customized training experiences while preserving the platform’s educational strengths.

As a designer entrusted with transforming the firm’s vision into the LXP platform, I undertook a multifaceted role encompassing global experience design, UX design, and project management. This french firm, a specialist in human-centered transformation, envisioned a digital learning solution to equip learners with essential soft and hard skills for today’s and tomorrow’s world.

Global Experience Design

Create a cohesive and engaging learning environment. Collaborating with experts in pedagogy and neuroscience to develop an adaptive learning system that optimizes the time spent acquiring key competencies.This approach ensures that each learner’s journey is personalized, reflecting the firm’s commitment to individualized training paths.

UX Design

Focusing on user experience, I designed an intuitive and user-friendly web-based client interface. The platform’s design emphasizes ease of navigation and accessibility, allowing learners to seamlessly engage with content. This aligns with the firm’s dedication to providing practical and operational training solutions.

Project Manager

Overseeing the project, I coordinated cross-functional teams, including web developers, graphic designers, and content creators, to ensure timely delivery of the platform. A critical component was the development of a back-office system enabling the firm’s clients to create and deploy customized interfaces for their employees. This feature empowers organizations to tailor training experiences to their unique needs, reflecting the firm’s emphasis on flexible and agile solutions.
