A Big 4 firm asked me to bring new magic to its collaborative hub, a cutting-edge space for experimentation and co-creation, designed to transform how organizations tackle strategic and innovation challenges. By blending design thinking, data, interactive technologies, and expert facilitation, this space empowers teams to break free from conventional thinking, rethink their models, and create impactful solutions for business transformation.
the goal was to orchestrate an immersive and multisensory experience, adopting a human-centric and innovative approach. The key missions and added value are outlined as follows:
Global User Experience Design
- Creation of an immersive and sensory journey: Throughout the entire experience, sound design, dynamic lighting, and interactive elements were strategically integrated to enhance engagement, stimulate emotions, and create a seamless immersive flow.
- UX and interaction optimization: The UX strategy included detailed wireflows, structured user journeys, and anticipation of emotional and cognitive needs at every stage.
Creative Process & Ideation
- Polymorphic design approach: A systemic and sensory analysis guided the design, ensuring that every element—from spatial reconfiguration and collaborative flow to digital interfaces—evoked positive emotions and enhanced the overall experience.
- Integration of innovative technologies: Tools such as Digital Signage, the meta player, and exploratory solutions in AR, VR, and AI enriched the experience while maintaining ease of use and ergonomic fluidity.
- Creation of a collaborative environment: Playful and interactive mechanisms were implemented to encourage active participation, fostering co-creation and meaningful exchanges among users
